Driving through the Beaver Dam/Littlefield area on the 15 freeway soon but noticed only a fire tac is listed in the area. Is there a highway patrol frequency or sheriff frequencies used in the area? Who patrols this area? I saw fire dispatched by Mesquite, NV.

AZ DPS patrols I-15. The officer used to reside in State housing in St. George, Utah. It was linked to District 1 radio, via a translator.
The resident Officer has to do any and all bookings into NV or UT jails and is cross-certified as a peace officer in those States. Traffic and criminal citations go into the Mohave County court system.

There are 3 UHF channels for DPS District 1.

453.3500 (203.5Hz) is on Scrub Peak in Utah.
460.4750 (151.4Hz) is the Arizona Strip channel.
460.4750 (100.0Hz) is for the rest of District 1. (I-40, US93, etc)

I'd listen to the first two along I-15.
