How does one become an admin?

If you mean on this site, I only believe there is one administrator (Lindsay). I don't think he is going to make anyone else an administrator.

I also have noticed that many of the senior members make changes to the database as being a moderator.

Perhaps you should shoot him a private message and let him know what you
can offer. He could describe what he does and what this site is looking for

There are Moderators and Database Admins. If you are looking to sift through submissions and help maintain the database then shot Lindsay Blanton a PM or Email asking if he needs help in the areas you are interested in. Milf is a very good admin and I'm not sure if he's bogged down or not. Moderators handle the fourms and stuff in that area, a lot of the Admins are Moderators so you can ask Lindsay about that if that interests you also.

Right now, Typically what we do is invite folks to be moderators - typically by referral, or by watching folks that submit clear, consise information and helps us keep the data up to date often.
