BEE00.675 - Unknown P25 system

Howdy folks,

So earlier this morning around 7:45AM, I was hopping along on all these spikes along 769MHz-775MHz looking for new systems and sites. Managed to pick up some P25 systems from Louisiana and a lot of the TxWARN sites when I stumbled across this guy. I've googled around and can't seem to locate a system in Texas, or really anywhere else that uses this WACN/SysID. Here's the entry from my DSDPLus.P25data file:
