Beep on 898T

I've noticed that on my 898T that after each trunked transmission (EDACS System) that I am hearing three beeps. Anyone know what they are and anyway to delete them?

It's normal & not aware of anything you can do to stop it, it's built in to the system & not the scanner. OOH ther may be an update for you model to mute tem??. I have no idea tho

If you hear the "beeps" on a Edacs system your either too far from the CC or you entered the trunk system wrong in the scanner....You can hear at least one ping on a GRE but on Uniden scanners you usually do not hear any beeps.....
