So i was scanning the police button on a Radioshack Pro 91 and on 859.1125 in Kokomo I heard a weird two beeps noise. It goes on every 10 seconds or so. I really have no idea what this is. Dont mind the background noise and no video because I was in a public place.

Simple search gives you this: FCC Callsign WPHE374 (Emergency Radio Service, LLC) Which is this system: Emergency Radio Service 800 Mhz Trunking System, Multiple, Indiana - Scanner Frequencies So possibly some kind of beacon alert. Still surprised they have NOT converted this thing yet to DMR.
The Elkhart sites is converting, or HAS converted. As is/HAS Muncie, Anderson also lic modified, Peru also modded.
FYI Anderson has not converted yet. Sadly, I hear only one beep

I hear the same single beep on the frequencies listed on this license, which I believe is somehow related to the ERS system.
