Beginner HELP!!!

I want to listen to Police in my area but I dont want to spend a lot because this is my first scanner. I found out that they use a Motorola Type II System. Will any trunking radio work with this system. I am currently looking at the PRO 94.

Does anyone out there scan in Cobb County Georgia?

Forget the PRO94 and get the PRO95. You will be much happier.
