Looking for best forum or area for beginners?

Question is not meant to offend, just trying to find info of "how to, and what am I missing or doing wrong"

Have a BCD536HP and loaded NXDN key manually. Still not getting 155.6100 and don't know how to do it. So if someone could point me in the correct area or other forum I would appreciate it

536HP and 155.6100

Local Burkesville PD went to digital so unplug the analog Bearcat and pluging a new 536HP and thought all would be good. Looking at Radio Ref data base I'm not seeing anything about being trunked or anything else that would lead me I need something else. The Frequency 155.6100 and Lic WPFK862...
