I just heard a 10-3 in effect from the London comm center until further notice heard on the Toronto talkgroup. was also picking up Bulington sporadically. don't know whats going on.

now picking up London comms on OPS32. nothing from Orillia

Orillia comms came back online at 0225 am this morning. still haven't heard what happened as to why they were offline.
Likely just maintenance of some sort.
