Correct me if I am wrong, I saw this was a motorola type II, does this mean I could pick them up with my Pro95 or do I need a digital scanner. Somewhere in the posts, I thought this was the case but I saw motorola type II and just wondered.

You would need an APCO-25 digital scanner to pick up the digital traffic on this system (including OPP). You could use a non-digital trunking scanner for the analog traffic (MOH, MTO roads). The system is Type II as are all VHF/UHF Moto systems. The PRO-95 does not handle VHF Moto trunking though (so I understand).
