Bell FleetNet Zone 4 issues?

Hello all, I was recently driving through Northern Ontario today and noticed when I transitioned from Zone 3 to Zone 4 in White River earlier, there was no chatter on the Zone 4 towers.

Not thinking much of it, I kept driving. I made it to Kenora and still haven’t heard a peep. I decided to see if the towers are active and my scanner shows no signal from the tower not more than a few KM’s from me.

Anyone know of any issues?

Did you search between 140 and 144 mhz for active control channels? Maybe the frequencies changed.
