For 866-868 frequencies, simply subtract 15 MHz. 868.7875 users should be rebanded to 853.7875.

The wiki here probably has a lot of info and another good reference is the 800MHz Transition Administrator.

Just subject 15 from the first three numbers, 868.7875 = 853.7875 this is good info:
