Belvidere/Boone County Fire Dispatch changing Freq

As of 9-1-21 at 7am Belvidere/Boone County fire dispatch will move to 155.6925 (423dpl). This will be a repeater system with voting sites planned in the northern part of the county to improve receive coverage to the north.

The old 154.370 (210.7pl) freq will be used as a backup fire freq.

After a bit of a rocky start, the new system is up and running. Still hearing some occasional traffic on the old frequency, but it's starting to dwindle down.
