Belvidere Freq

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew the freq for Belvidere Police. I know they moved digital but I only hear Boone County on starcom not City pd. Any help would be appreciated

City and County units are on the same freq and talkgroups on Starcom 21.
County units will be a 3-4 digit unit number 7706 753 etc or be preceded by a 20 as in 20 sam 2
City units will be a 2 digit number 51 21 etc or be preceded by a 9 as in 9 king 1 or 9 sam 2
Check the carmachicago profile for Boone county.
