Bendix King Help

Hi,

I just purchased a EPH5101A radio and I cannot program more than one bank. When I try and change banks the radio shows a no program code on the screen and than goes back to bank 1. Any ides on how to open the other banks, it should be a 196 channel radio. Thank you
