Benton, Star City AWIN sites

I've heard that a new AWIN site is ready to go at the Saline County OEM facility, but I can find no application or license for any site there.

Does anyone have more information on this?

Also, an AWIN alert email referenced a Star City site; also can't find any license or application for that site.

Information?

Explanation?

Also, have been hearing 21560 talkgroup through the Magnet site; sounds like a saline County dispatcher and maybe Bauxte PD units.

found the Star City license; it's a microwave relay site at the AHTD tower site there, no repeaters
