Franklin Lakes PD was testing on TG 1207 with 4210XXXX which translate to Oakland Portable IDs, as per the Municipal ID under Bergen in the State Municipal Codes. Testing was done at the old IBM which is now Express Scripts Complex and at Becton Dickinson HQ. This was on 12/23 at noon. Earlier in the Week Washington Twp was testing with loaner portables from BC with 82XXXXXX IDs on TG 97, Van Emburgh and Washington was mentioned multiple times. They also were in Immaculate Heart Academy doing interior tests. Mill Rd was mentioned as problem spot when testing other "Systems", results were favorable with the BC Radios during their testing.

Im assuming since the title is 700MHz Project they were testing the 700 site not the UHF side.
Yes, did not copy it over the UHF system. Only active TG's I have over 700 have been Midland Park/Wyckoff PD on 1206 and the Fire Dispatch Simulcast 91 and the 2 at time of testing.

Probably worth mentioning that the following agencies in Bergen County are known to have some degree of 700/800 MHz capability via APX radios. Most have 8x00 series radios, but a few are single band 6x00 series that they bought early on for Rockland's system.

Allendale FD
Closter PD, FD, and EMS
Cresskill PD
Mahwah PD and FD
Montvale FD
Northvale PD and FD
Old Tappan FD
Rockleigh FD
Saddle River FD
Tenafly PD (already operating on NJICS)
Upper Saddle River PD (base station)
Wyckoff PD

Yeah, I was sorta listing the agencies that aren't yet on NJICS but may pop up on Bergen's 700 cell at some point, but for some reason I included Tenafly. Obviously Fairview and Oakland are in the same boat.

Ho-Ho-Kus FD also has mobiles, have heard them on Response 4 1017 communicating with NORCON. Wyckoff FD trucks also have radios on 1017 Response 4.
