Bergen County PD radio failure

Yesterday night from around 9:00 to 9:20 PM the Bergen County PD Dispatch Center couldn't transmit to the county units. All of the channels were down, so they couldn't switch to a different channel. The cars talked amongst themselves, just the dispatcher couldn't transmit to them. All cars were advised not to stop vehicles during this time. This was kind of scary, makes me wonder what will happen when they go digital.

i was a switch to the new system software update and it seems the dispatchers are dumb as you heard the cars were fine the command post was at another town and work the calls for HQ; the software update took too long and not perform by the dispatchers but by a vendor ,the only fear is when the trunk system is up and encrypted
