This has probably been answered somewhere, and if so, I apologize but didn't find answers in my search. When I program the Bergen County Trunked Radio system (set for "MOT" and 9600 bps) and can see the agency names on the display but can't hear anything. I know law enforcement is encrypted, but I'm not having any luck receiving Fire, EMS, etc. Any help is appreciated.

He needs base & offset tables for this system, if anyone knows them.

This is one of the few TRS's in NJ that someone hasn't submitted that data to the DB for the owners of the older scanners.

Give this a try:

Code:
------------------------------------------------------
           Low High Base
Table Chan Chan Offset Frequency Step
------------------------------------------------------
  1 0 2877 0 851.00625 6.25
  2 8192 12287 8192 450.00000 6.25
  3 12288 16383 12288 470.00000 6.25
  4 16384 18304 16384 500.00000 6.25

The reference file is 4 years old, but may still be valid.

add that table in above post, be sure to add all Freq's listed in DB not just the control channels, and they use (for some unknown reason ) 2 systems each with different channels so create another system same table and see which one comes in best and let us know if the older radio still works....
