Ive noticed talkgroup 111 which appears to be a police agency that is not listed in the database. If I hear the talkgroup again I'll listen for an address.

111 is one of several inter-op - Public Safety common talk groups; I think the group from 102- 114 are commons; 111 - 114 has been used by non-police agencies
There are about 88 active talk groups on the system some are loaned out to local PD's from time to time to try or use if there is a problem with the local system; local towns would use it & like it except for the cost of new radios so they dont join the county system
talk groups 308 & 307 are used by Major crimes like narcotics task force and such , its encrypted.
