It's so nice to see our incarcerated felons are entrusted to the "lowest bidder". I do believe 2 more folks are going to join the unemployed.

North Atlantic Extradition Services - the Company’s motto is "extradition you can trust,"

It appears you can trust them to escape.

WVSP, USMS and BCSO spending another night searching for him. Numerous spotting reported.

My question is, even if he was able to get out of his leg shackles, why wasn't he in some kind of cage or something that would have held him in the vehicle? Also, was he handcuffed?

I'd say shoot him when found and bill North Atlantic Extradition Services for ALL costs.

He was shackled and cuffed. It sounds as if the transporting dummies did not properly place the leg shackles tight enough (more than likely as a result of being nice. Being "nice” has gotten a many an officer killed.).

You have no idea what kind of van they were using and with the bleeding heart liberals, they have made it difficult to transport prisoners in a "secure bared" vehicle.

They should be eyebolt secured to the vehicle floor so far as I am concerned.

The "guards" transporting this prisoner should now be serving this guys time until such time as he is captured.

Does your state use the same contracted prison clowns that we use out here in Arizona.

Our wonderful Sheriff Joe down in Phoenix and our Governor have been in monetarily on the contracted prison system out here since it started and it sure sounds like your elected officials may have taken prison 101 from Arizona.

Before you make assumptions about our state, read the posted links and educate yourself before making uneducated comments. It was FEDERAL INMATE en route to NJ on carjacking charges. He was in prison for bank robbery. Hell, I even posted the PDF from the DoJ. It just happened he escaped in our state.

When the governmental agencies found themselves in financial dyers, as is the American way, an ambitious individual steps forward with an idea. Hence the contracted transport services are born and now a duty of the lowest bidder. Several states and federal prision institutions are also operated by the lowest bidder. Very comforting thought.

WV is not using these services, but the feds and many states do.

In so far as Arizona, the poor citizens of that state were led by the now leader (?) of Homeland Security and it’s useless division called ICE, to which she has shown security is a term she does not understand in the least.

On the other hand, Sheriff Joe, because of his ideals (which we all should encourage) is and will remain under attack by the progressives and the current racist DOJ, until such time as conservatives retake this country.

The officer(s) that shot him should get a bonus. The transport company should be sued and charged with something and held accountable for all costs from the fuel for the MD helicopters down to the cost of the rounds shot to kill this puke.
