2245 - Shots fired at a moving train striking the engine. Conductor continued on for safety. BCSO checking area.
2308 - BCSO cleared area and notified CSX to continue.

I didn't catch the area where it happened. I was in the middle of hanging shelves. I scanned the RR freqs and didn't hear much there either. I think the conductor did the best thing he could by continuing on. I think I would have sped up some too. Unsure if it was a cargo train or had passengers.

Why in the world would you shoot at a train? Ohh wait, there ARE stupid people in the world.

The are several things happening currently, but I haven't been able to isolate exact locations.

#1 - They have a cardiac arrest currently dispatched in the north end of the county

#2 - Calling for a fill in at VA MC (co 80) who I believe is currently on a call with Co 60 units?

In so far as shooting at a train, it has been a felony to shoot, throw an object, or hit an object at a train in WV for years. That in it’s self says a lot for WV.
