Probably one person that had one problem with one radio and thinks the whole thing is awful. And a better chance that the user didn't know how to use the radio in the first place.

There might be more to this than "issues". If I remember correctly, a lot time ago it was agreed that no dispatch TGs would be encrypted. If Berkeley moves off of the WV SIRN, then they would be free to encrypt.

I guess if that happens then we'll still have the WVSP.
