Due to the nature of what's going on, I'm not going to post details right now. Just monitor WVSP Troop2 and BCI freqs, BCSO TG and various Fed. freqs. (although nothing heard on these tonight).

I'll post audio and details once it's over.

This could explain some audio I posted on the WV forum and the use of TAC5 with encryption.
