Anybody have any idea on what Berlin police is planning to do with their Tec channels I was told that they were digital encrypted today

I read a while back that Berlin was going to have a new digital system in place sometime in November. I have not heard any updates since.

As of tonight 10/30/17 @ 1954hrs they are conventional analog.
