Best antenna

I have a RadioShack pro96 digital trunking handheld scanner. I would like to no witch mobile antenna is best for this scanner. The frequency range is 866.050 to 868.900 with talk groups and 123.050 to 468.0125 most important is the 800.000 frequency. I would like the best performance in the smallest size antenna. performance is more important than size of the antenna. I have a dodge ram truck if that helps you.

I have a Pro 96 as well, it took me a long time to find the right antenna for 800 mhz. I purchased an antenna from scannermaster.com. It has worked better than any 800 antenna that I've tried they have two that you can chose from, I chose the professional.
