TRX ANDROID SUITE, free download for program, but license to use on Android phone does cost. More features than Whistler version and works better for me.

Sorry to keep flogging this thread but not seeing any info on interface cable for the remote. Did see a couple of cables on Whistlers site but no mention of TRX-2.
The cable is the regular USB cable that came with your unit. You don't need a special cable on the scanner.
Set to Com3, works as expected, thanks!

So are responses that don't contribute to the post. Perhaps the OP wants to know our opinions and his options for what is out there. While the wording of the OP may not be to your liking most of us understood what he was asking for.

Then again, perhaps differences in 'interpretation' results in wondering exactly WTH someone is asking? The 'flow' of this OP and replies, leaves one (ME, and maybe more then 50%) to wonder what exactly IS the 'who, what, when. where, why and how' of the post topic. OP went from software, to a cable, to a comm port... How to call out someone out on this convoluted subject, escaped me. .
