hi i have a question for the experts out there which is the best base setting for trunking on the 1065, on the uniden you typically assign each site its own quick key in a multi site system as uniden usually just sticks with one cc after its acquired so always better to assign each site its own quick key so all will be scanned on the 1065 since its object orientated system you have the choice of multisite which i believe is for when your driving locks on to the nearest site tower but then you have this stationary setting with option to check all cc or not to and just be on or you can turn of the stationary and trunk from that. for wanting to the get as much traffic on a multi site for it being used as a base from all towers selected from the multisite which is the best setting the site is p25 auto and is the lrgvp25 in texas i picked 4 sites to assign to the system i believe a total of 8 or 9 frequencies

For the LRGV P25 system, put all the frequencies for the sites in range for you, either at home or other locations nearby which you go to fairly regularly, into the TSYS object.
Then, Select Multi-site mode, and check the box to check all CCs (control channels) in every scan mode pass.

This is what it looks like in Win500, but that option is in the other two software programs, as well as directly on the scanner through the keypad.
