Which site works best for Topaz ?
Also is Chandler PD on Site C or Site F
is Maricopa PD on Site C ?
and what sites carry Phoenix K-Deck ?

Think you must mean the RWC system since that's where those services are. The best site depends upon your location. In Tempe, I receive both the Chandler PD and Phoenix FD K-Deck on the Simulcast C site.

I'm in Chandler just below Tempe off Rural - the only tower I receive Topaz on is Thompson Peak, and then just Fire, no Police.

Chandler and Maricopa PD are on the RWC site C, Tempe is on F.
