best software for a pro-197

I have purchased a Radio Shack pro 197 scanner and I have seen there are 3 programming software for this scanner. Living in Waco TX in Mclennan county which would be the easiest for a beginner or the best to use with the radio reference database. I have the 20-047 cable and drivers.

I use PSREdit500 and very happy with it, the radio is top of the line too! Allot of great features.
