Thanks to the both of you for your input. Of course the two programs mentioned are the only two I know of. I suppose it's a matter of personal preference. I'm using the ARC96 45 day free trial version right now and like it. Rebanding will be a snap with the ARC96. It seems that with the WIN96, it's a bit more complicated - and MORE COSTLY! Thanks again!
