Best Speakers to use

What would be a good speaker to use on a cellphone to listen to music and streaming scanners ? I want one that doesn't require a battery to be able to listen. Thanks so much

The headphone out on a cell phone isn't going to put out much power...really only enough for ear buds. I doubt you'll get much audio from a non-powered speaker.
