Best US location to get 2 R8500's repaired

I once sent some Icom Ham units to a location for repair in AZ but they are no longer in business. I have 2 IC-R8500 (unblocked) units, one with an LED\backlight failures & the other went deaf from 30MHz on down...30MHz & above works normally....I'd dig in myself but time won't permit....I'd love to fix them both, perhaps sell one & set the other up for a perm Mil-Air monitoring station or similar
Any ideas or establishments capable will be much appreciated

You should probably take a stab at fixing them.

You might need to exercise the relays for the HF and Attenuator circuits. Your HF signal loss could simply be oxidation on a relay contact. If it is real bad, you may need to replace the relays or pop the cover and spray with de-oxit. A VOM may be a good tool to test continuity,

Here is a service manual. Not impressed by the quality. You can probably find a sharper one for the schematics.
