I have been all over the net and it seems the info I find may be somewhat outta date. I am looking for some current info on utility monitoring. Anyone know where there might be some?

You'll have to be more specific. What are your interests? Utility monitoring encompasses many different disciplines; Maritime, Military, Aeronautical, displomatic, ect.

I would suggest starting by joining the Worldwide Utility News server over on QTH.net. They have their own website, and past newsletters there are free to download...

That's surely the single best place to start. 73s Mike

Depends on what you want to decode. HF ACARS, RTTY, FAX...check out www.westmountainradio.com On their site they have links to freeware and shareware that can be used with their RigBlaster, but you don't need the RigBlaster just to decode.
