Better descriptions for the NJSP system?

Well...more like..

Is there a breakdown on who patrol's what on the NJSP system? For instance, in the B system which I will be monitoring, has 3-COMM dispatch (North) in the database.

But what/where/who is on North, South, etc? Is there a good site with breakdowns, divisions, blah blah?

IIRC 3-Comm is out mainly in Warren county, I could be wrong though. I live in the area of troops C, but monitor troop B since one of thier towers is much closer and get much better reception.
