What is a DMR "BS"? On an SDS100 and 200 I programmed this as a convention system and the "DCC" as a "color code" for the audio type. Is that correct?

452.125 with the 16777199 TGID I heard around Devine and Lytle today, which would make sense if it was SW ISD, but I didn’t find a license for that. I had it programmed in as Air Evac for Medina County which I was driving through. That same TGID is used on NE ISD DMR repeaters which is weird
