Bexley PD on FCCA System?

I was just looking through the old news updates for Franklin County, and I saw that Bexley was planning to switch to the FCCA Trunking system. That was going to happen a while ago, and I still hear them on their old UHF frequencies. Has anyone heared if they cancelled the deal, or they just postponed it?

They are in the process of getting things set up (radios programmed, updates to the radio room, etc).

They plan on retaining their UHF system as a backup/alternate channel.
