BFDX Two Way Radio 8900

Does anybody know how I could get my BFSX 8900 radio to charge. I have a Over the Seas charger that doesnt fit the U S electric sockets. I am trying to convert a different adaptor so I can charge my radio. I greatly appericate if anyone would help me with this please.
