BH Shooting

Around 4:30 PM today, a shooting occurred in downtown Benton Harbor, near LeRoy's body shop. 1 victim, GSW to head. Per PD on scene, still breathing when Medic was dispatched at about 4:50. Foot pursuit for 2 suspects, 1 taken on ground, 1 ran to and was holed up in an apartment at 5:00. 2 in custody

I just checked all the telelvision websites for Kalamazoo and also South Bend, the only information i could find, was on WNDU, Channel 16, South Bend, Indiana.

A Benton Harbor man is in the hospital after being shot in the head.

The shooting happened near 8th Street at Howard Wells Estates.

At this time, police are still on the scene of the shooting. They continue to surround the apartment complex where the shooting suspect is still inside.

At around 5:00 PM Michigan time, police responded to the call of a man shot in the head.

The victim has not been identified but we do know he is a black male.

Police also have two people in custody.

Right now, there is still no clear motive behind the shooting.
