I am looking to possibly purchase a digital APCO 25 card for my BC250D scanner. I have searched the forums and have not seen any recent post about this. So if anyone could guide me in the right direction it would be appreciated

Those have been out of production for several years and so are going to be hard to find. This outfit G & G Communications - Scanner Radio Sales & Repair might be able to help you, but it's a long shot. Also try Ebay and Craigslist.
