Has Biddeford gone encrypted 24/7? I don't get them too often, but today I did, and been encrypted since 4-pm..

Apparently at least one of Biddeford's cruisers weren't encrypted yesterday because I was able to pick them up. It sounded like dispatch was encrypted though.

Maybe an oversight on his part. To my knowledge, you can't receieve encryption unless you have the capability. Maybe a rookie and forgot to turn the knob.WOAH! There they are--unencrypted NOW
