All are good sources that show repeaters that people wish to be known. I obtained my license a year ago when I spent the winter in NM. GMRS is quite popular down there, and they had quite an impressive network of repeaters. About a third of AZ, all of NM, and swath of CO as far north as Ft. Collins were all linked. Not sure what happened this year, but a bunch of them have been removed from the list.

I figured that it would start to get popular here as well, but all I'm hearing so far are crickets...

Yup. Welcome to WY! If you can hit any Riverton or Lander 2 meter repeaters, call out for N7HYF. Eric runs a radio shop out of Lander. He has a ton of knowledge on GMRS and runs the Fremont County GMRS repeater.
