Big Log at Airport gone?

Been a while since I took a ride around Perimeter. What happened to the big log antenna and tower?

Might take a look around Beechcraft Dr and N Perimeter Rd. Still there last time I went around a few weeks ago. DHS is pushing HF capabilities again, so should be there for a long time to come.

I heard from a reliable source that HF is gone from the IND FAA site. They were not interested in participating in the SHARES program.

If you Google map it you can still see it where Aaron said. But it is for certain gone physically.
I wonder if they just trashed it or took it down nicely.

I drove around there at lunch time. It is indeed gone now. Another sad loss of capabilities.
