Big Red Bee

I was wondering if anyone has ever used their products.

I have a Yaesu VX-8G to use with the radio beacon.

Been away from radio for a while, probably wasn't even considered a beginner before, so I'm looking for knowledgeable folks to help me with the many questions I'm sure to have.

Hi -- K7RKT aka Greg aka BigRedBee here. I make transmitters for RDF locating, as well as APRS trackers. The beacons are on 70cm (16 mw, 100 mw) and aprs transmitters on the same freqs / power. I've also got a 2 meter 5 watt tracker that's used for vehicle location and high altitude balloon tracking. Some 900 Mhz xbee stuff as well.
