I am now get Oakland pd on the south west system and all everybody on the northwest system.

I'm hearing OPD3 on SW, which is normal, but not the other activity in Oakland. Wonder if the NW outage was temporary. Everything seems normal here in Fremont. I cannot copy the NW cell- so can't help you out on that.
