Bigfoot on 271.0 - SoCal CAP

Where does Bigfoot transmit from in the SoCal area? I thought it was March but maybe I am wrong? I remember last year I was able to hear Bigfoots transmission but tonight I cannot. I'm also getting a data burst every 10 seconds or so on frequency which I have not noticed before.

I thought it was the AWACS. I may have to do some reading.

They have multiple sites throughout the Western US. Most, if not all, are located on mountains or hill tops.

They must have used a different site for tonight because I can hear them again.
