I have a whistler 1080, bought it for the expressed purpose of listening to Chester County Fire. I programmed it with Whistler software with all the control frequencies and all the talk groups. To date I have not heard one talk group. I'm able to monitor the high band east and west dispatch, but that is all. Can anyone tell me what I may be doing wrong or is this just the nature of the system.

You included the primary and secondary (in this case all frequencies)?

I live in your county. But I'm in the northern part. Lititz area. Just went through your area on my way to North East MD. this past weekend. Beautiful country. I'll try Chester County tonight to see if I can pull it in. York is no problem for me. Berks is silent. I never tried Chester.
