I'm not seeing that warning in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE, or Safari. I would probably agree with the article in that the likely explanation is just a false positive. Nothing to see here.

No doubt, but I know a lot of RR members use VLC so I thought I'd pass it along. I don't/won't use Microsoft Bing, so I haven't experienced this.

It is kind of amusing, in that is it dangerous - for Microsoft, as VLC player is much better than Windows Media Player
