I have noticed that my Uniden 536 has been stopping to scan ID Talk Groups on each site making up the system. That hangs my scanner up too long. So..... For those along and south of Shades Mtn, this site and the Simulcast site would take care of most scanning from home.

I'm considering setting up this format as Metro and then include all sites as my County Wide format. The County Wide format for me will serve if I am driving toward Jasper or Warrior.

Interested to see how others work around unwanted Sites interrupting the scanning. I know I can Avoid sites too.
