Sweeping through frequencies today I noticed a small spike at 853.8375 mhz, one of the channels listed for Bismarck. Only about 5-7 db and sounded like it could have been a really staticky control channel. Anybody else hear anything lately?

Yup, Bismarck towers active. Was pulling in the control channel strong enough to decode and was tuning calls in sdrtrunk before it faded, but didn't get the sound working, or I don't have it all configured properly. Pretty weak signal from where I'm at.

November/December is when most of the City/County agencies will switch over.
