Where can I get a copy of the BK radio programming disks?

You will need to buy them from a BK dealer, I'm sure you will get a few recommendations in the thread.

Be advised, however, that asking for free software here is not tolerated.

Did you try Google? You're in a scanner forum so I don't think you're going to get much help here.
